Movement prep:

3 rounds:

10 ring rows
10 hand release pushups
:15 hollow hold
:15 superman hold

Skill Practice A:

-gymnastics kip on bar.

3 rounds:
10 Gymnastics kip
:15 hollow hold

Skill practice B:

– kipping PU
– T2B
– Butterfly PU

Skill WOD:

10 – 1
10 PU OR T2B (any variation you need to practice)
10 Burpees to target (PU bar)
9 PU
9 Burpees
8 PU
8 Burprees
etc.
