Skill WOD: Kettlebell clean and press ladder

Movement prep: 5 min:

20m single KB front rack carry
10 swings
20m single KB OH carry
10 GB squats

Skill practice A. Review positions:

– Review KB front rack
– Teach strict KB press
– Teach KB clean/hang clean

Metcon:

KB C+P ladder. Complete as many rungs of the ladder as possible in 20min. Each rung adds a rep to all movements up to a maximum of 5. once you complete the ladder in 5s go back to 1s and continue until the clock runs out. (1.5/1)
