*Today we launch into the 8 week Hypertrophy phase of our Absolute Strength block, which will lead into an 8 week Strength phase.   Fitness and Performance programming will be similar for the next 8 weeks, but will transition to different focus on the strength block.  Enjoy all the gaiz!
Fitness & Performance Strength:
Back Squat:
3 x 14, all tough working sets, but not to failure, 2 min rest.
AMRAP @ 70%, only 1 second pause at the top of every rep.
Accessory:
Single leg hip thrusts 3 x 8, 20X1 tempo (each leg)

500m Row
20 Thrusters  95/65
20 Lateral Over the bar burpee
