OHS 5 x 3 @ 32X1 tempo, climbing, rest as required
Then:
Back Squat, Find a tough 20 rep, no fails, only 1 sec at the top of every rep

Performance Strength:
Power Snatch 5 x 5, climbing to 60%, tng cycling reps, rest as required
Then:
Back Squat, Find a tough 20 rep, no fails, only 1 sec at the top of every rep

Fitness & Performance Metcon:
8 x :30 ME row for cals, :30 rest
